Counselling and Psychotherapy

 

I currently charge £50.00 per session and each session lasts for 50 minutes.

 

I find it helpful to have an initial meeting with prospective clients so that we can assess between us whether therapy with me is the appropriate way forward.  This meeting also helps me to gain some understanding of the client's current difficulty as well as giving you, the client, a chance to assess whether I am right for you.  I charge my usual fee for this session.

 

Under some circumstances I am willing to negotiate a reduction in my fee, in particular when working with adolescents and young people.
